Muhammad Aatif – Founder
Muhammad Aatif is a business graduate and an experienced HR professional carrying exposure of a leading MNC and an HR consulting firm of Pakistan.
In GlaxoSmithKline Pakistan, he was engaged in managing employee benefits, policy review, HR Services, employee costing and CAPEX budgeting. He gained extensive experience in HR business partnering, shared services, compensation and benefits survey, multiple entity integration/merger, benefits harmonization after mergers and HR transformation.
While working with HR consulting firm, he was heading the service delivery function and his core areas involved business analysis, review budgeted payouts, BPR (Business Process Reengineering), overview compliance and to facilitate internal and external audits.
Gul-E-Zehra Abbas – Co founder
Gul-E-Zehra Abbas is an international certified corporate trainer; a freelance international trainer who has trained the employees of more than 12 different countries. She worked as the Head of the Training department at TKS-a project of ILM, UMT).
She has trained thousands of employees of national and multinational companies on various topics on soft skills. She has done B.A. Honors, M.A. in English Literature and M.A. in Linguistics. She holds a diploma in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and a certificate course in Business English and Presentation Skills from Institute of Business Administration (IBA).
Gul-E-Zehra Abbas had been associated with academia as an Assistant Professor of English and has teaching experience of about a decade in different universities including Bahria University, Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET), BizTek, Usman Institute of Technology (UIT), Pakistan Air Force Karachi Institute of Economics and Technology (KIET), National University of Modern Languages (NUML), the University of Karachi at both Bachelors and Tertiary level.
